About Me
Sivadas Edakkattuvayal is an Indian sculptor and painting artist, born in 1964 at Edakkattuvayal, a tiny village in Ernakulam district, Kerala, South India. Parents were Sri Nanu and Smt. Meenakshi. Sri Nanu, a mason by profession, had the burden of a huge family on his shoulders. But this didn’t curb him from dreaming of a fair future for his only son Sivadas in Fine Arts. He could recognise little Sivadas as a painting prodigy at a very early stage.

Sri Sivadas is a complete artist and a humble human being. Besides being a painting artist and sculptor, he is a theatre artist from school years itself. ‘An excellent artist is a hopeless vendor’ becomes a true dictum in Sivadas. He doesn’t ever mind rewards; Awards get awarded with him.
